Makes about 5 servings
Place the first 7 ingredients into a high-powered blender and pulse to combine; add broth to the mixture a little at a time and pulse to desired pesto consistency. Serve over gluten free pasta, about ¼ cup sauce to 1 cup cooked pasta. Garnish with a few whole peas and basil leaves.
Note: Leftover pesto can be stored in the fridge for 3 days, or frozen for up to 3 months. Add a thin film of oil to the top before storing to prevent pesto from turning brown.
